Start your journey toward making your own video game. Our courses cover design, graphics, coding and testing.

Computer-aided Design (CAD)

Learn how to model objects in 3D. These classes are especially beneficial when paired with 3D printing or robotics.

Digital Media

These classes include photo/video editing, digital illustration, digital music creation, and online streaming.

What is Tech Workshop?

Tech Workshop is a Michigan-based nonprofit with one goal — to provide young adults with technology-related educational experiences in an effort to promote learning, innovation, and teamwork.

In our local community, we saw many young adults with a true interest in technology, but they lacked the tools and guidance to pursue these interests. Many of these children attend smaller schools or are homeschooled. They need a safe, supportive environment where they can develop technical skills and critical thinking.

All classes are free! Parents/guardians can get started today by registering and then signing their children up for classes.

Initially, I just wanted to take the Video Game Development classes, but had such a great time that I have signed up for CAD and 3D Printing classes as well!
