Introduction to 3D Printing is a hands-on course designed to introduce students to the exciting world of 3D printing, with a focus on the practical applications and methodologies of additive manufacturing. The course will provide a thorough understanding of 3D printing technologies, with an emphasis on Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printers. Students will explore the mechanics behind FDM, the different types of filaments, and how each material influences the printing process. Throughout the course, students will engage in a comprehensive, start-to-finish project that covers the entire 3D printing workflow.
